With over 16 years of distinguished experience in financial services, he plays a pivotal role in advancing STI Assets’ mission to redefine access to finance through innovation, ethical leadership, and data-driven decision-making. His oversight ensures sustainable portfolio growth, sound risk management practices, and strict adherence to regulatory standards across all lending operations. Before joining STI Assets Management Limited, Temitope held several senior executive roles within the financial sector. As Chief Operating Officer at Influence Capital Limited, he successfully implemented end-to-end process automation initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened compliance frameworks, and optimized cost structures. He previously served as Chief Credit Officer at Sovereign Finance Company Limited, where he spearheaded the adoption of predictive analytics and digital credit systems that significantly improved asset quality and reduced delinquency rates. Earlier in his career, Temitope served as Head of Credit and Business Development at Canary Point Corporate Services. In this capacity, he oversaw the expansion of MSME, Payroll Lending, Structured Products, and corporate portfolios, while maintaining the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within the industry’s benchmark standards. Temitope holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN), and the Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners (IDRP)
